An award for Dave MacMillan
SESNA resident Dave MacMillan received the City of Salem ‘At Your Service’ Volunteer Award for 2017. Dave volunteered for the Salem Heritage Neighborhood Subcommittee, focusing on documenting historic buildings in SESNA. He also developed a calendar featuring photos of homes around the neighborhood, sold as a fundraiser. Dave’s work will contribute to coming walking tours […]

SESNA and City of Salem are sponsoring a series of neighborhood discussions about earthquake and emergency preparedness.
At the end of 2015, our neighborhood was designated a Heritage Neighborhood. In celebration, we have created this Heritage Neighborhood calendar. All proceeds from calendar sales will support neighborhood projects. Printing is provided by Fox Blue. Calendars are $15 each.

On November 19, 2015 our neighborhood was designated as Salem’s second Heritage Neighborhood by the Salem Historic Landmarks Commission (HLC).
